The government of Guyana has opted to create a sovereign wealth fund with the revenue earned from the offshore extraction of oil. This has not proven to be a straightforward exercise. Join our panel as they offer perspectives on the economics, the ethics and the legislation involved. The panel will consist of Professor Tarron Khemraj (economist), Christopher Ram (of Article 13) and Mike McCormack (of Policy Forum Guyana). Professor Alissa Trotz will moderate.
